Rakul Preet Singh gives her all when it comes to fitness. The actor maintains a comprehensive workout regimen, including dancing routines and couples yoga with hubby Jackky Bhagnani. The Thank You For Coming actress recently posted a video on her instagram account showing off her arm exercise. She used the elliptical machine for cardio after intense weight training workouts.

Lat machine with a rope
Sitting on a lat machine and facing the weights, she held the triceps rope hanging at the top. Bending her elbows she pulled it so that the ropes landed a little behind her head. When doing this exercise, maintaining the right posture is essential to avoid injuries and get the most results.

Lat machine with a double d handle
Lat machine with a double d handle this time she faced away from the weights while seated and attached a double d handle to the lat machine. Then she pulled on it so it landed below her neck, folding her arms into 90 degrees. Avoid pushing the back to lift more weight and keep it straight when doing this.

Sets on a cable row machine
