Did rallygoers alert police before the gunshot on Trump?

A new video has surfaced that suggests that prior to the purported attempt on the life of former US President donald trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, demonstrators may have seen the gunman. Shouts from onlookers alerting authorities about a man brandishing a gun on the roof are audible. They can be heard yelling in the video, "He's got a gun, he's got a gun, he's on the roof," while gunfire can be heard in the distance. The alleged shooter was shot and killed by an agent while trump, who had only sustained an ear injury, was hustled off stage by the Secret service and driven away in a black SUV.

In reality, one of the shooting's eyewitnesses stated that he personally alerted the Secret service and the police to "suspicious" activity on a roof after spotting a man brandishing a firearm. But he claimed he was disregarded.

About fifty feet distant from us, we saw a bear-like man creeping up the roof of the building next to us. In an interview with the BBC, he said, "We're standing there, pointing at the guy crawling up the roof." Elon Musk, the creator of Teslas, uploaded a video in which he demanded the resignation of Trump's security detail chief and the head of the Secret Service.

The eyewitness, who claimed to have attended the protest but was seated in the back, responded, "He had a rifle, we could clearly see he had a rifle," when asked if the man had a gun. Indeed. The cops are scurrying around on the ground down there, and we are pointing at him. They are unaware of the situation, even though we were telling them, "Hey, man," all the time. There's a man with a rifle on the roof. He said to the reporter, "We can see him from here; we can see him; he's crawling. And I find myself wondering, 'Why is trump still speaking?' The individual on the roof was being pointed out to us by the Secret Service. "And the next thing I knew, gunfire broke out," he continued. When asked if he was certain that the man on the roof was the source of the gunfire, the eyewitness said, "100%." 100% of the time! He claimed that during the minimum four minutes the man was on the roof, they were pointing at him nonstop.
