The box office is a success for kalki 2898AD. The cinema collections here, in the North, and elsewhere are rife with Hallabol. Additionally, there comes the second section, which will be met with high expectations from both the trade and the audience. Undoubtedly, prabhas has a greater share of the blame for "Kalki's" success than the director. Everywhere you look, Prabhas's name is used in relation to the movie's success.

When a mythological film with visual effects is released, the filmmaker usually receives most or equal credit. Recent films like "Hanuman" and Rajamouli's "Baahubali," in which the whole country screamed his name, are examples of this. nag ashwin ought to head over to the writing desk and assess what aspects of the movie went well and poorly once the dust settles.

What definitely succeeded in the movie were the VFX, Production Design, New World, and a few well-known actors. Given the statistics, people have been shouting about these issues, but it's critical that nag ashwin hears the voices that count most.

If you were to compare mahanati with kalki on the surface, it could appear as though you are comparing apples and oranges. However, for filmmaker Nag Ashwin, the underlying message is crucial. Writing characters that are impenetrable, capturing human emotions, and paying close attention to detail are all of Nag Ashwin's strong points. It's obvious kalki lags that. The Final Mythological Punch and the Unique World kept the film afloat despite its many problems.

Having too many cameos when describing a serious subject is the fundamental error. They didn't actually cause any harm, but it seems like you're not taking the assignment seriously. In what way might you account for the cameos of Avasarala Srinvas, Faria, Anudeep, RGV, and others? They don't improve the plot or the world you are creating in any way, nor do they offer any value to cameos in and of themselves. The character arc of the hero is ill-conceived. For example, we never get why prabhas is fixated with visiting Complex.

Consider the track of DQ and prabhas, for example. In the movie, DQ is meant to be Prabhas' father figure. As he prepares to send his child to Complex, prabhas quickly deceives him. It is said to be the most significant feeling shared by a father and son. It's also a great chance to find out why prabhas is so fixated with visiting Complex. However, the scene is meaningless, and after leaving the theatre, we forget about DQ altogether. Disha Patani's track and the song are used to prove that fixation, which is a major disservice to his own abilities.

Afterwards, there comes Shobhana's portrayal of Mariam. Disregarding the kindness Shobhana's return offers the movie, her storyline is uninteresting. Not to compare apples to apples again, but the character has all the makings of a strong one, much like Baahubali's Ramyakrishnan. However, she hardly has anything at all. With the exception of amitabh bachchan and Kamal Hasaan (who should be excluded as he is mostly saved for the second installment), Nag Ashwin, the film's writer, was unable to create even one standout character. Take off the Karna track, and even prabhas will lose interest in the flimsy character track.

This kind of problem occurs quite a bit in the movie. Fortunately, nag ashwin had enough wiggle room to hide these problems with the story's premise, the world, the actors, etc. Yet the problems shouldn't be hidden indefinitely by the $1 billion noise. Furthermore, fixing these is not the hardest thing to do. The hard aspects are really coming up with a concept like kalki, creating a tale with mythological allusions, and conceptualising the three Worlds and adding a future viewpoint to them. While nag ashwin struggled with fundamentals, he excelled at them. Not that he is unfamiliar with them. In mahanati, we have witnessed his mastery over them.

Everyone believed Nagi was a master of writing and emotion before seeing any content from kalki, but they had doubts about his ability to manage event films like this. But after seeing the movie, it became the opposite. mahanati is without a doubt Nagi's greatest creation, even if kalki manages to generate an additional 1000 crore. Given the figures, it makes sense that many filmmakers fail to recognise these problems. But given his modest and grounded demeanour, we anticipate nag ashwin to act in that manner.
