To gain a peek into Prabhu's life—a life that the mainstream media is enamored with and that her 50 million social media fans are dying to see more of—you just need to look at that one image. It's reasonable to assume that she creates news for whatever she does. I ask her how she handles the onlookers all the time. She chuckles, "You know, my life is more like that of a professional athlete than it is that of a glamorous movie star."
Prabhu's had a difficult couple of years, and she has spoken up about it. From overcoming an inflammatory disease called myositis to navigating a highly public divorce, Prabhu has never shied away from facing her difficult struggles. I inquired if there was anything she would have liked to have done differently.

The answer is a quick, firm no. “We all wish we could change certain things about our lives, and I sometimes wonder if I needed to have gone through the things I have. But looking back, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I was discussing this with my friend a while back, and I always thought I didn’t want the last three years to have happened, but now I feel that you have to deal with whatever life throws at you. And as long as you come out of it, you have won. I feel stronger and more rooted than ever. That’s because I went through fire to get here.” And where does this strength to face every battle come from? “Call it a spiritual awakening,” comes the quick response.
Does she live a really spiritual life? "My personal development has greatly benefited from spirituality, and this is reflected in my art. It affects every facet of my life, including perception, communication, and dispute resolution. My spirituality has given me the strength to go beyond a lot of challenges. Nowadays, with so much suffering and illness, spirituality is more important than ever. spirituality may, in my opinion, be both your greatest companion and an unending source of strength.
