District Collectors were instructed by chief minister A revanth reddy to leave their offices, find out what the people want, and then take appropriate action. "You won't get any work satisfaction by staying confined to AC chambers," he declared on tuesday during a Collectors' Conference held at the Secretariat.

All Collectors, police Commissioners, SPs, and other top officials were present for the Chief Minister's meeting, which was focused on Praja Palana, dharani concerns, farming during the Kharif season, public health and seasonal illnesses, education, peace and order, and other matters. A comparable gathering was held on december 24 of the previous year.

Speaking to the authorities, the chief minister stated that any initiative started by the Collectors ought to serve as a reminder to the public that this was a people-friendly administration. According to him, field inspections were required to fulfill the Collectors' obligation to maintain a balance between development and well-being.

The chief minister emphasized that education is crucial to Telangana's growth, stating that the state spends around Rs 85,000 per student each month.

Revanth Reddy stated, "Every action should be taken to ensure the education sector is not defamed." He also mentioned that Collectors had an obligation to conduct routine inspections of government hospitals and schools and to keep an eye on their operations.

When some instructors were moved, the pupils were tearful and said goodbye much like they would a family member. According to him, people need to respond similarly when a collector is moved.

He said that the Collectors have the responsibility to carry out the six promises in an efficient and open manner, and that Prajavani matters should be handled on a regular basis.
