In a letter to prime minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, former chief minister and YSRC president Y.S. jagan Mohan reddy requested that central government agencies look into the attacks on YSRC leaders and workers following the conclusion of the assembly and parliament elections in Andhra Pradesh. For jagan to inform Modi of the events in andhra pradesh during the previous forty-five days, the YSRC had requested an appointment with the PM as soon as possible.

The former chief minister of andhra pradesh underlined in his letter how bad the state of law and order is in the state. Those who did not back the parties that formed the government in the ap are being targeted by their activists. "They (TD, JS, and bjp employees) have singled out recognized party supporters. They are assaulting, terrorizing, degrading, and even murdering them.

The opposition leader highlighted in his letter that "they have destroyed properties and establishments, including residential houses, in open glare, causing widespread fear among people of the state." According to jagan Mohan reddy, because these organizations were founded by the YSRC administration, activists from the governing parties have even destroyed village secretariats, RBKs, and rural clinics that offer people vital services. Additionally, they defaced monuments of the late chief minister Dr. Y.S. Rajashekhar reddy that were erected by the law.

YSRC activist Rashid was savagely hacked to death in vinukonda on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, bringing their cruel crimes to an extreme. This was a bustling roadway where the event took place. The former chief minister noted that the police had unexpectedly been around at the time. Notably, jagan Mohan reddy brought up the "Red Book," which minister Nara lokesh used to present at his assembly and lok sabha campaign rallies.
