Granite is well-known in the prakasam district's Chimakurti region. Using coercion and pressure, it is said that followers of Jaganmohan reddy from the kadapa area stole crores of dollars from the renowned Galaxy quarry. There were widespread mining frauds in the state during the previous YSRCP regime. Everything in the Chimakurti granite business was subject to the party leaders' will. There were claims that tadepalli Palace received a portion of the proceeds from the mining heist, which was carried out under the supervision of the then-CM Jagan.
 
In Cheemakurti Mandal, the Galaxy Granite Quarries comprise 86 acres of property owned by the andhra pradesh Mines Development Corporation (APMDC). About 61 acres of this area are under APMDC jurisdiction, with the remaining twenty-five acres being the subject of a dispute. In a joint venture, the business has leased out around 43 acres. Several candidates vied for the lease in this joint venture due to the existence of high-quality galaxy granite resources. avinash Reddy, the mp for kadapa, is the uncle of Pratap reddy, who manages quarries on private land in the area.
 
They possessed all of the revenue from the granite on around 20 acres from that point until recently. Without making any investments, they made an income of Rs. 100 crores in five years, or an average of Rs. 3 crores each month. Did avinash Reddy's family receive all of this money?
