Samantha Ruth Prabhu talked candidly with Elle about her fight with the auto-immune disease myositis and her path of self-discovery and perseverance after her public divorce from actor naga Chaitanya. Notwithstanding the difficulties, the 37-year-old actor has welcomed a life-changing period and is concentrating on reconstruction and personal development. samantha is currently developing the following six new abilities to help her through this new phase.
 

1. Meditation: Samantha credits her spiritual awakening for providing inner strength during tough times. She has adopted mindfulness practices and meditation to cultivate peace and clarity amidst life's uncertainties. Reflecting on the significance of finding a mentor, samantha shared, “When you find a Guru or mentor with the intensity, perception, and compassion to light up your life, it is a rare privilege. You must work hard for wisdom. Just knowing is not enough; implementing this knowledge truly matters.”

2. Entrepreneurship and Film Production: samantha has ventured into film production with her upcoming project titled 'Bangaram.' This marks her debut as a producer, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and creative vision in the film industry. She is excited about this new role and looks forward to bringing her unique perspective to filmmaking. 

3. Personal Development and Self-Reflection: Reflecting on her past experiences, samantha has embraced self-reflection as a tool for personal growth. She believes in learning from challenges and using them as stepping stones toward a stronger future. In a recent instagram story, she shared, “I heard this line from someone I really respect: ‘You’d find your destiny in what bothers you.’ It made so much sense. Unless it bothers you, you don’t do much about it. Something that really bothers you can change your life and give you direction.” 

4. yoga and Physical Wellness: Recognizing the importance of holistic health, samantha has immersed herself in yoga to nurture her body and mind. Physical wellness has become a cornerstone of her daily routine, aiding in her recovery from Myositis. She emphasizes that fitness is not just about appearances. “I have the best trainer, Junaid, who does not take no for an answer and has been an enormous source of strength for me in the last one and a half years. He’s been an incredible motivator through this process,” she told Bazaar India.
