Similarly, in t20 cricket too, Gill has been given the post of vice-captain. In this situation, Ruturaj the young star player, has been fired. Ruturaj is better in t20 matches in terms of more runs, higher average, higher strike rate, and more half-centuries than Gill. In spite of his talent, Ruturaj's removal from the team has angered the fans.
