Is Thalapathy Vijay helping Actor Prashanth..!?

It has been announced that Thalapathy Vijay is going to release the song The Andhagan Antham from the movie 'Andhagan' starring actor Prashant. At a time when actors like Vijay and ajith were struggling to establish themselves as young actors in tamil cinema, Prasanth, the son of director and actor Thiagarajan, made the kollywood film industry look back at him with successive hits. Since all the films released in his acting have been shelved recently, the film he is relying on is 'Andhagan'. In this film, after a long break, he played the hero. While the shooting of the film was completed two years ago, the release date kept getting delayed due to some issues. Meanwhile, the film crew has announced that the film will be released on august 15. Directed by Pa Ranjith, it will be released in competition with vikram starrer 'Thangalan'.

This film is directed and produced by Thyagarajan, Prashanth's father. santhosh narayanan composed the music for the film. Simran, priya Anand, karthik Muthukumaran, Samuthirakani, yogi Babu, Urvashi, KS Ravikumar, Vanitha Vijayakumar, Leela Samson, Bhoovaiyar, manobala and others have acted.Prabhu deva has choreographed the film and ravi yadav has done the cinematography. It is also noteworthy that Satish surya has done the editing for the film. The film is set to release on august 15 amid huge anticipation. Andagan Andham song is releasing on 24th July.
