Budget 2024: good news for Amaravati..!!

Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman gave good news to ap capital amaravati in the budget presented in Parliament. andhra pradesh was blessed. It has been revealed that amaravati will be given special assistance of Rs.15 thousand crores. The polavaram project has been decided to be completed soon. She said that special subsidies will be given for the establishment of industries and funds have been allocated for the development of the Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor. It was announced that funds will be allocated to Rayalaseema, prakasam district, and uttarandhra along with providing special financial assistance to the backward as enshrined in the Partition Act. The polavaram project has been decided to be completed soon.
It has been revealed that skill development institutions will be developed for 20 lakh people in the next five years, necessary loan facilities will be provided to skill development centers, there will be a 3 percent interest subsidy for students studying in indian educational institutions, loan assistance will be increased for self-employed artisan women. The Shares of Andhra-related stocks (AP) gained up to 5% in intraday trade after Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced Rs 15,000 crore for amaravati in the Budget. Recognizing AP's need for capital, Sitharaman said the government will provide Rs 15,000 crore in support for Amravati, and an additional amount will be granted in future years.
