The announcement about filmmaker Prashanth Neel's forthcoming film starring tamil actor ajith kumar went viral on the internet on Wednesday. Even though it was an old, unconfirmed rumour, it got a lot of attention when it was said that ajith will join the kgf universe and star opposite kannada superstar Yash. 

Ajith and yash sharing a screen in a prashanth neel film sounds incredible and has many dreaming of smashing international box office records for India. But this appears more like the wishful thinking of enthusiasts hoping for a significant cross-industry partnership. According to the rumour, Prashanth may even postpone his planned project with ntr in order to begin work on the movie with Ajith. 

However, this seems not to be true. After seeking clarification from the director's team, journalists learnt that Prashanth and ajith are not planning to collaborate. According to industry estimates, ntr and Neel, who were originally scheduled to start in august 2024, may instead start towards the end of the year following the release of Devara.

Prashanth Neel is allegedly pushing NTR's initiative aside in favour of others, according to certain media outlets. Salaar 2 was allegedly going to be filmed ahead of the ntr film. However, prashanth neel is actually totally committed to NTR's idea. There's a lot of misinformation out there regarding Prashanth Neel's endeavours, but things will soon clear up.
