On saturday, July 27, ghmc commissioner amrapali Kata gave orders to authorities via teleconference to make arrangements for drinking water, make sure potholes are fixed, maintain cleanliness, and build toilets where needed for the Bonalu celebration.
 
Additionally, the ghmc commissioner requested that authorities make sure trash is placed in garbage cans and that street vendors do not toss rubbish outside. To keep the area surrounding temples clean, sanitation personnel have occasionally been requested to remove trash.
 

Additionally, ghmc representatives were instructed to provide a comprehensive report outlining community hall specifications, who owns them, and what repairs need to be done. The ghmc commissioner also asked officials to ensure that street vendors do not throw waste outside and to make sure that trash is put in garbage cans.
