In the film Raayan, three brothers and a sister find themselves entangled in the aftermath of a brawl between law enforcement and rioters. Durga is the sister of the brothers Karthava Raayan (Dhanush), Muthuvel Raayan (Sundeep Kishan), and Manikyam Raayan (Kalidas Jayaram).
