She claimed to have attended the conference on the need to develop cooperative federalism but expressed displeasure with the way things went.
 
In addition, mamata criticised the bjp for discriminating between states and the newly unveiled union budget for being biassed. mamata is comparing herself to CBN, a politician with vision who develops policies that help the state, in her foul scream, which is funny to many.
