Radhika madan and akshay kumar were spotted together in the newly released movie Sarfira. The actor discussed the beauty standards in the industry and claimed she does not condemn celebrities for getting Botox or fillers in an interview with News18. The actor recalled that "people used to tell her that her jaw is a little tedha (uneven)" in addition to stating that radhika was approachable to them.

Radhika says, "I don't judge people who get things done because it makes them feel confident and improves their self-image, which is very important... I don't look down on my peers who have had surgery." That was not the time for me to feel the urge. My jaw is a little tedha, people used to say to me. Did they really think I was going to sit there and measure it with a scale? I was shocked since, in my imagination, I was Kareena Kapoor. Perhaps they were blind to it. At that time, I didn't buy that.

The star went on to say that she wouldn't give cosmetic injectables much thought if she decided to go with them in the future. "I still don't buy it, but maybe in a few years," radhika said. I might manage to finish it, but I'm not sure. It all depends on how I see myself at that particular moment. I hope things stay the same as they are today. I still see myself as Kareena Kapoor. And I won't be hard on myself even if it isn't. I'm thus generally fine with anything."

Sarfira, which was helmed by sudha Kongara, has been actively promoted by Radhika. The film is set against the backdrop of India's rapidly growing aviation sector and startup culture. Inspired by incidents in the life of air Deccan Founder Captain GR Gopinath, it is the hindi version of Soorarai Pottru, starring Suriya. Five National Film Awards were won by the 2020 original, including Best Feature Film and Best Actor.
