Neha reddy, the daughter of former ycp MP Vijaya Sai reddy, had a defeat in the andhra pradesh high court lawsuit involving the demolition of the concrete compound wall near bheemili Beach. In this instance, Neha reddy filed a plea to maintain the status quo. But the court rejected her plea, stating that it was unable to make a temporary ruling.

The magistrate declared that the Chief Justice had previously put a stop to the continuing building at the location and ordered the dismantling of the unlawful enterprises. It was declared that no interim order could be granted while CJI's order remained in effect. Judge B krishna Mohan of the high court advised that Neha reddy join the PIL at the CJ's bench as a defendant and ask that the previous ruling be changed, if necessary.

In the meantime, the court instructed vishakapatnam Jana Sena corporator Murthy Yadav to submit a counterpetition and admitted him as a defendant in Neha Reddy's petition. There will be a one-week delay in the following hearing. Previously, Murthy Yadav challenged the building of permanent enterprises close to bheemili Beach in a PIL filed with the high court, arguing that they violated the Coastal Regulation Zone's (CRZ) norms and regulations.

Following his hearing of the case, the Chief Justice issued an order to halt all building at the location. It was also requested that the equipment be seized by the officials. The court requested that the unlawfully built facilities close to the seashore be dealt with. Consequently, on July 18, the Assistant City Planner (Zone 1) of the Greater vishakapatnam Municipal Corporation issued final notifications requesting the demolition of the compound wall. Neha reddy petitioned the high court, contesting the ruling. After reviewing the matter, the Chief Justice forwarded it to the lone judge. Single Judge krishna Mohan heard the matter and issued a ruling in accordance with the directive of the Chief Justice.
