The Vizag-Chennai Industrial Corridor is Andhra Pradesh's most significant project, after amaravati and Polavaram. Going to Delhi, chandrababu naidu put up a valiant fight to win the Vizag-Chennai Industrial Corridor. The state of andhra pradesh would never be the same after this corridor. In the last budget, the government of the nda gave a clear promise on this. We were given this assignment in accordance with the ap Reorganisation Act.

With nine industrial complexes and four financial centres, this is the first coastal industrial corridor in the nation. Nodes in Visakhapatnam (6,931 acres), machilipatnam (12,145 acres), Srikalahasti-Erpedu (26,425 acres), and donakonda (17,117 acres) have been suggested by the state government. It is approximately 800 miles long. When this corridor is finished, 1.2 crore people will have jobs. Chandrababu is ardently pursuing this project because of this. Roads, drinking water pipes, sewers, power substations, and other infrastructure will be built to support the establishment of industries in order to link the current national highways and railroads.

The ports will be connected to national roads, establishing the infrastructure required to produce commodities for export. Heavy industry establishment would be made possible by the building of the Vizag-Chennai Industrial Corridor's fundamental infrastructure. Investment prospects abound due to effective transportation, a plentiful supply of water and power, a highly trained labour force, pro-industrial legislation, and the formation of global manufacturing networks. Both the federal and state governments will provide incentives to the industries that are developed along this corridor.

Along the coast, this route offers the possibility of building medium-sized ports due to its connections to major railway lines and national roads. It is the closest route to major railway lines, ports, airports, and national roads in the nation when compared to other pathways. After concentrating on amaravati and Polavaram, chandrababu naidu made his first trip to Delhi, where he underlined the significance of the Vizag-Chennai Industrial Corridor and obtained a commitment to include it in the Union Budget. It should be easy to finish the first phase in the upcoming two years.
