Prime Video unveiled the release date and the series teaser during a fan event in Mumbai. Citadel: Honey bunny, which takes place in the 1990s, blends elements of an action thriller with a love narrative. Viewers might catch a peek of samantha and varun in the teaser. Accompanying them is a little child who appears to be a miniature version of Nadia Sinh, priyanka chopra Jonas's Citadel character. The teaser is set to shilpa Rao's fresh version of the classic song Raat Baaki.
 
The indian series, which is set in the Citadel universe, mixes the glamour of the '90s with an engaging plot and really captivating performances from samantha as Honey, varun as bunny, and the rest of the ensemble cast, claims Nikhil Madhok, head of originals at Prime Video India. The fictitious series will take viewers back to the beginning of this clandestine global espionage agency, delving into its conception, activities, influence, and rise with the unique flair that fans have come to love from Raj & DK.
