The drive is intended to choose applicants for the following roles: Industrial Mechatronics Technician; Mechatronics Technician for Utility Vehicles; Mechatronics Technician for Maritime Cranes; and Mechatronics engineer for Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration.
 
A diploma or engineering degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, electronic, energy systems, industrial automation, control technology, or civil engineering is required, as well as two to three years of relevant experience, for interested applicants.
 
Additionally, candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 40. Candidates that make the cut will get language instruction for six to nine months.

Japan is looking for applicants with appropriate experience in the hospitality business, particularly in F&B/Kitchen, or with a diploma or degree in hotel management.
 
Those that qualify fall within the age range of 22 to 27. The chosen applicants will go through a residential program to improve their language abilities, as well as further training in professional skills necessary to succeed in the Japanese hospitality industry.
