A major celebrity seldom dabbles in horror humour since these films usually don't have the fight sequences and hero ascent that many A-list stars love. But Rajinikanth made a risky choice in 2005 when he starred as a psychiatrist in the horror comedy Chandramukhi.

Rajini agreed to make the movie even though he knew jyothika would steal the show. The movie was a box office success, so the gamble paid off. Presently, prabhas, one of the biggest pan-India stars in India, is slated to feature in The raja Saab, a romantic horror comedy.

The film, which was produced by people media Factory and has music by SS Thaman, stars a number of actors including Jisshu Sengupta, Brahmanandam, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Riddhi Kumar, Nidhhi Agerwal, and malavika Mohanan. On april 10 of the next year, the popular song will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

Whether prabhas will take centre stage or share it with his co-stars is still to be seen. There's no doubt that many fans would be overjoyed to see prabhas return to his charming and attractive role as the charming hero he played in films like Darling, Mirchi, and Mr. Perfect.
