Enthusiastic moviegoers know that it may be rather expensive to eat delicious food while seeing a film in a theatre these days. It is absurd how much snacks are costing these days! customers must pay hundreds of dollars to watch your movie with a simple snack like popcorn and cold beverages. And you should increase your spending to thousands if you are yearning for anything greater.

This truth is being emphasised by many movie buffs in the latest internet outcry against X. A curious user pointed out that indian delicacies, which are usually inexpensive, are being offered for an outrageous amount of money. We can see that Vada Pao, Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, and Chaat are being sold for INR 450 in the picture that the user posted! The street food, which is well-known in mumbai for its reasonable costs, is being offered at an absurd price at a PVR theatre in Pune.

The fact that refreshments these days are sometimes many times more costly than the cost of the ticket seems absurd. The fast commercialisation of film has had detrimental effects on our pleasure. It is terrible that going to the theatre, which used to be a terrific opportunity to unwind and have fun, is now almost always accompanied with the horrible prospect of having to pay for pricey refreshments.
