During the Bonalu event in the city, the hyderabad She squads apprehended 305 people for harassing women sexually, including 16 juveniles. The police brought the remaining persons before the court; five of them received three-day prison sentences and a fine of Rs. 1,050, while the other 173 were released with warnings.
 

In July, the She teams received an additional 115 reports on crimes against women and children, not including the Bonalu event.
 
In 19 cases, her teams assisted with the filing of FIRs, and the POSCO Act was used in 4 of those cases.
 
The police gave the offenders warnings and counselling in 22 instances.
 
In a specific instance, a taxi driver who misbehaved with a female customer was discovered and brought before the court; there, he received a six-day prison sentence and a Rs. 1050 fine.
 

Following apprehension, 173 individuals received warnings and were counselled along with their family members. Five individuals were presented before a magistrate, resulting in a conviction of three days in jail and a fine of Rs. 1050/- under Sections 292 BNS and 70(c) of the City police Act. The remaining offenders will be produced before court shortly.
