In the previous five months, victims of different cyber scams in telangana State were able to receive a refund of Rs. 85.05 crore thanks to the efforts of the telangana Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB). According to Shikha Goel, director of TGCSB, the telangana State Legal services Authority (TGLSA) and TGCSB worked together to achieve the outcome. In february 2024, the TGCSB and TGLSA collaborated to produce a Standard Operating Procedure (SoP), which was then actively persuaded to be given to all district Legal services Authorities (DLSAs) in Telangana.
