When does nasa issue an alert?

Let us tell you, whenever a meteorite strays from the asteroid belt located between the orbit of Jupiter and Mars and starts moving towards the Earth in an area of about 80 lakh kilometers, then nasa issues an alert. This time also the same thing happened with these three asteroids. However, despite being close to the Earth, these meteorites are at such a distance from the Earth that the humans living here do not need to worry.

Such an incident had also happened in the past

Two days ago, an alert was issued by nasa regarding the 2024 OC meteorite. This huge meteorite of 410 feet was moving towards the earth at a speed of 35,996 kilometers per hour. This rock also belonged to the Apollo group. However, its distance from the earth was so much that common people did not need to worry about it. But sometimes some meteorites come so close to the earth that due to them the communication system starts getting affected and the movement of satellites also starts getting affected.
