Telangana's financial structure is in jeopardy as a result of the congress government's introduction of free bee welfare programs in the state after taking office. The revanth reddy administration is attempting to generate revenue in other ways, though. He is primarily focussing on registration rates by taking stamp duty and current market values into account.

Strict Action on Liquor and Gudumba:
The administration of revanth reddy plans to take action against illicit booze and gudumba, which might bring in an extra Rs 10,000 Cr for the state coffers. Restricting the amount of non-duty paid spirits sales into the state is one way the state government plans to boost revenue without raising the price of alcohol.

Stamp Duty:
The government received $14,295 Cr in revenue from registration and stamps in the fiscal year 2023–24, with an increase of 30% to a maximum of 50% based on the value of the land. The state revenue will increase by more than Rs 4000 Cr if this value is raised to 50%.

Rate Hike for Registration:
By implementing the delayed regularisation of layouts, the government intends to increase state income by around 5000 Cr. The administration in congress is exploring every avenue to boost income without placing undue strain on the people.
