At the height of his abilities, balayya has had a string of successful box office films. He is now working with director Bobby on a movie that will be released in Sankranthi in 2025. social media has been ablaze with rumours for the past few days that balayya will be helming the telugu version of the newly released, phenomenally successful malayalam film Aavesham. It seems like balayya will be taking on the character of Ranga, which was originally portrayed by Fahadh Fasil.

Those who saw the original film will remember that Fahadh was overjoyed to play the part. This is the type of job where a live wire performance will be necessary rather than one that would test a nuanced actor. If Balayya's telugu version ever comes, it will resemble a joyous movie for devotees of Nandamuri.

In any case, balayya is quite gregarious and outgoing, which is consistent with Aavesham's Ranga persona. Furthermore, if balayya directs the movie, there are innumerable fan moments that would blow away telugu theatres. One could argue that balayya has the disposition and personality suitable for the role of Ranga, and there's a good chance this will work. If a remake is ever made, it must be directed by a highly skilled mass-pumping filmmaker. This commercial potboiler could only function in telugu in such manner.
