PM Modi Congratulates indian Men’s hockey Team As Boys Bring Bronze Home:

Prime minister Narendra Modi on Thurday congratulated the indian men’s hockey team after they won its second successive bronze medal in the Olympic Games. The indian men’s hockey team led by Harmanpreet Singh on thursday defeated spain in the third-place playoff winning the bronze medal. Skipper Harmanpreet Singh scored both goals to hand india a back-to-back medal in hockey after the Bronze from tokyo 2020.

Taking to X, PM Modi wrote, “The indian hockey team shines bright at the Olympics, bringing home the Bronze Medal! This is even more special because it is their second consecutive Medal at the Olympics.Union home minister amit shah took to social media congratulating the indian hockey team. Calling it a ‘splendid show of mettle’, Shah said, “Many congratulations to our men’s hockey team on winning the bronze medal at the #ParisOlympics2024. Your power-packed performance, and impeccable sportsmanship will ignite a new zest for the sport. Your achievement has raised the pride of the Tiranga.”

He further wrote, “Jai Ho! Heartiest congratulations to Team india for winning the bronze medal in the hockey competition of paris Olympics-2024! You are our champion. india is proud of you.”

Defence minister of india Rajnath Singh also shared his best wishes for the indian hockey Team after their splendid victory at the 2024 paris Olympics.He said, ” Their remarkable teamwork and wonderful skills have yielded great results. “
