Lakhs of Hindus living in bangladesh are bengali speaking families and our relatives, they have been badly affected by this incident. Now the life of Hindus in bangladesh is no longer normal. Seeing the interference, the indian government should put forward its stand on the issue of safety of Hindus, safety of their temples and safety of their property. It should keep an eye on the entire incident.
Demand for intervention from the indian government
Uttam Dutta said that ever since the political upheaval started in bangladesh, people of Hindu community and their temples were being targeted but as soon as the coup happened, these incidents increased. He said that we have appealed to the indian government through His Excellency the President to intervene on all issues including the safety of Hindus living in bangladesh, safety of temples.
