A woman found the hidden camera in the bathroom of a third wave coffee shop in Bangalore.

A mobile phone was found in a women's bathroom recording a two-hour video in a dustbin at a popular coffee shop in Bengaluru.
The incident happened at the end of the third coffee wave on BEL Street in the city, where an employee was accused of hiding a phone in the women's toilet. The instagram handle 'Gangs Of Cinepur' posted a story in which a user shared a shocking incident.
“I was at a third wave coffee shop in Bangalore... a woman found a phone in the bathroom, hiding it in a trash can, and took a video of it close up. 2 hours, facing the toilet seat. In airplane mode so no sound.

This user also said that the phone was carefully hidden so that only the camera was visible. “The phone was carefully hidden in a garbage bag and a hole was made in it, so only the camera was found. It quickly turned out that the call was from one of the people working there. The police were called and immediately arrived at the scene and procedures were carried out. This user also asked people to be vigilant and careful when using the toilet in public places.

After finding the phone, the woman informed the cafe staff that they knew the device belonged to one of their employees. The incident was immediately reported to the police, who quickly arrived at the scene. According to a HT report, authorities are investigating the matter and taking appropriate action.

Reacting to the incident, Third Wave coffee said, "We are saddened by the unfortunate incident at our BEL Road outlet in Bengaluru and would like to emphasize that such acts will never be tolerated at Third Wave Coffee."

The popular coffee chain, which has branches across India, said: "We have quickly resolved the situation by terminating this person and ensuring the safety of our customers."
The police confirmed that the suspect has been arrested under the Information technology Act. The man is in his twenties and hails from Bhadavati in Karnataka.
