Rajamouli and prashanth neel are the two most successful commercial filmmakers in indian movie history. In india right now, he's the second most wanted director for any premier league hero, after kgf and Salaar. Neel is choosing his staff in a manner similar to rajamouli, which is an intriguing insight about him.

We were able to see Neel's main composer and cinematographer, bhuvan Gowda and ravi Basrur, during the NTR-Neel launch ceremony friday morning. It appears that they are as excited about this movie as they are about Salaar and kgf duology. By collaborating with Senthil and keeravani throughout his career, rajamouli is the one who started this trend. Neel seems to have learnt from the same example.

The distinction lies in Rajamouli's consistent creation of distinct universes and styles for every picture he made. He chose keeravani and Senthil because he wanted someone who could work in unison with him, and they did so by producing distinctive results. However, Neel always stays within the historical actioner genre. Furthermore, things can get quite repetitive if he continues to work with the same music director and camera chief.

Here, the sombre cinematography is being used once more. Although Ravi's soundtrack for Salaar is very different from that of kgf 2, it didn't really work in the theatres. It didn't get any traction until after its OTT premiere. In terms of theatre, it was unimpressive. Producing the appropriate results is crucial in this situation, even though the director might feel more at ease if the core staff is kept on board. This is when Neel might want to reconsider following Rajamouli. He could discover fresh opportunities by working with new men. But really, Neel is the best one to judge this.
