In the upcoming film "Baby John," Keerthy Suresh, who has won praise for her critically praised roles in movies like "Mahanati" and "Dasara," will make her bollywood debut alongside varun Dhawan. The movie is a hindi version of the 2016 tamil hit movie "Theri," which has samantha Ruth Prabhu and Thalapathy Vijay in the key roles. In the remake, Keerthy will play samantha again, and she is not in the slightest way afraid of the challenge.

In a recent interview, Keerthy said how much she loved Samantha's "effortless" depiction of mithra in "Theri." Keerthy, however, responded boldly when asked whether she was afraid to play the same part in the remake: "I'm not scared because the character itself has been done beautifully." She expressed her high expectations for "Baby John" by saying that the character is well-written and has been properly visualized.

In addition, Keerthy noted that "what really worked in tamil doesn't necessarily have to work in hindi," acknowledging the distinctions between the audiences in tamil and Hindi. She said that the "Baby John" creators had adjusted the film's time and place appropriately to suit the tastes of the hindi audience. This strategy implies that in order to appeal to a wider audience, "Baby John" will be faithful to the spirit of "Theri" while simultaneously introducing new features.

Keerthy is scheduled to release "Baby John" on december 25, 2024, therefore she has a busy schedule. In addition to her bollywood debut, she is now working on three tamil films: "Raghu Thatha," "Siren," "Revolver Rita," and "Kannivedi."
