Delhi traffic police issued an advisory for tuesday in view of the dress rehearsal ahead of the Independence Day celebrations on august 15. As per the advisory, several roads will be closed between 4:00 am and 11:00 am and only labelled vehicles will be permitted on the routes.
No heavy transport vehicle (HTV) will be allowed to enter the city on monday at 10 pm to tuesday 12 pm and similarly from wednesday 10 pm to thursday 12 pm, the advisory stated.
