The film's female heroine, Kriti Sanon, suffered greatly from the failure of the Prabhas-starring picture. In a recent interview, Kriti finally discussed the film's failure after a lengthy silence.
Kriti claims that she was shaken up by the setback. "I was ashamed and broke-hearted to see the hate on social media," she recalls. She went on to say that the hatred was because many people did not appreciate a contemporary lady like her portraying Sita. The film's director, Om Raut, is not seen again following Adipurush's failure. prabhas also received a lot of criticism for going with a B-movie like Adipurush.
"You feel a deep sadness and may even find yourself crying, wondering what went wrong," she continued. Every initiative has a constructive objective; hurting someone's sentiments is never the goal. But we have to acknowledge that there are instances when things simply don't work out, and it's important to take what we can from these situations.
"The best course of action for an actor is to maintain concentration, work hard, and focus on the next assignment. Although there are a lot of factors beyond of my control, I make an effort to do my job as effectively as possible," Kriti continued.
