To put it mildly, Jr. ntr has chosen safe and sound scripts for his previous movies. However, his non-RRR flicks, like Janatha Garage, Aravinda Sametha, and others, tended to have mediocre to decent audio albums. The criticism was that ntr wasn't releasing blockbuster records that might have raised anticipation for his movies on their own.

Additionally, NTR's album tracks weren't exactly trending on social media. However, Devara's album has started to consistently top the trend charts lately, which is a shift. While the recently released Chuttamalle is popular on instagram with many reels on the same, the Fear Song is being used for heroic edits on X.

This is the type of commercially successful record that ntr hasn't released yet, and Anirudh's work on Devara is starting to fill the vacuum somewhat. This is where independent filmmakers like Anirudh enrich a movie. It's obvious that the brand value, composition quality, and other factors are contributing to this outcome. The decision to cast Anirudh in this movie was a smart one. It's all about the brand 'Anirudh' and not about Jr NTR. Let's see if koratala siva cooks something half baked and Anirudh elevates the movie to a whole new level.
