Featuring Shraddha Kapoor, rajkummar rao, Aparshakti Khurana, abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi, the film had an impressive debut, earning Rs 60.3 crore net in india on its first day, with a gross collection of approximately Rs 76.5 crore. On its second day, it added Rs 30 crore to its net total, pushing the cumulative net collection to Rs 90.3 crore. This strong performance has helped the film’s gross earnings exceed Rs 100 crore, a notable feat for its genre.
Despite facing stiff competition from akshay kumar and Taapsee Pannu’s Khel Khel Mein and john Abraham’s Vedaa on its opening day, stree 2 held its ground, buoyed by high anticipation and positive word of mouth.
