Indian actress pushpavalli was well-known for her roles in tamil and telugu movies. She started out as a child star in order to provide financial support for her family. As she gained popularity, she went on to become one of the highest-paid child actors of the 1930s.
 
2. Was the only Working Member of the Family

As the sole employee in her household, pushpavalli received a salary of Rs 300 for her performance in Sampoorna Ramayanam. Since she was the only well-off person, she had to start working at the age of nine.
 
3. Got Married at 14 years

When she was barely 14 years old, she wed I.V. Rangachari, a lawyer. But their marriage didn't last long, and they parted ways. The two kids of the marriage were named babji and Rama.
 
4. Was Cheated in Love

Following their meeting on the Miss Malini film set, pushpavalli and gemini ganesan collaborated once more on the 1948 tamil film Chakradhari, in which pushpavalli starred as the lead and Ganesan had a supporting part. Eventually, Ganesan rose to fame, while pushpavalli began to receive mostly supporting parts. After falling in love, the couple had two unmarried daughters together. The relationship ended because Ganesan refused to accept Pushpavalli's paternity or provide her with the status of his wife.

5. Her daughter rekha became a top bollywood star

Radha and rekha are pushpavalli and actor gemini Ganesan's two unmarried daughters. pushpavalli accrued debt from gambling as she grew older. rekha was forced to work in movies at the age of 14 and was pulled out of school as a result. "I used to refuse to go to the sets, and occasionally my brother beat me up," rekha has stated.
 
Rekha overcame criticism for her weight and dark complexion at an early age to become a bollywood celebrity. She acted in several popular films, such as Khoon Bhari Maang, Silsila, Khubsoorat, Umrao Jaan, and Kalyug.
