The launch comes exactly a month before TVK's massive state-level conference planned for september 22 at Vikravandi near Villupuram in North tamil Nadu. In a statement released on the party’s X page, Vijay said, “Our flag will fly across the state from tomorrow. tamil Nadu will be better from now on. victory is certain.”
