Apart from this, some people are afraid that how will their name be registered on the ancestral land on which they have the right.

How will the name be registered?

During the land survey, most people are afraid of how their name will be registered on ancestral land. According to government rules, the name of any dead person will not be registered in the land survey. The document of someone's land is in the name of someone other than grandfather or great grandfather, who has passed away. In such a situation, the names of all the heirs of that person will be registered in the survey. For this, the genealogy passed by the Gram Sabha of the panchayat will have to be attached. At the same time, the death certificate of the land owner is also mandatory.

ancestral property

Apart from this, if there is ancestral property received from grandfather or great grandfather, which has not been divided. In such a situation, different names will not be registered in the land survey. Only those whose names are already present in the document will be registered in the land survey. If the ancestral property is under dispute in the court, then the name of the current owner in the document will be registered in the survey, however, during this time the number of the court case will also be recorded. If the court's decision comes later, the amendment will be made on that basis.
