Salman Khan is one of those exceptional bollywood talents that produced successes for a good ten years. With the release of Race 3, though, his career took a completely different path, and many people stopped going to the theaters to see his movies. In the meanwhile, the Tere Naam star had some changes in 2023. While tiger 3 was able to reclaim the top spot, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki jaan was unable to recoup its expenditure. Khan learned from the latter's concluding collections that he need to refrain from meddling the next time he collaborates with a filmmaker.

Salman approached his next film, Sikandar, quite differently. This time around, he's working with A.R. murugadoss, who hasn't helmed a motion picture since Darbar. Sikandar is anticipated to assist in ushering salman into a new era, given that murugadoss has prioritized heroism above glamor. According to the most recent information, Khan will play two roles: one as a charitable businessman with a troubled history and another as a businessman. Aside from this, the main attraction will be an action scene using 10,000 firearms and bullets.

Social media users reacted to the news by sharing their thoughts, with the majority of them drawing comparisons between salman and Shah Rukh Khan. A user accused the former outright of attempting to plagiarize king Khan's works, beginning with Pathaan the previous year. Another user said that Sikandar's producers were trying to produce a sequel similar to Jawan, which proved to be a profitable project for Shah Rukh Khan in 2023. Jawan did not have a scene with ten thousand weapons and bullets, but the action sequences suggested that those materials also cost a part of the budget.

However, when Sikandar hits the big screen for Eid 2025, some fans can't wait to applaud and whistle for salman khan once more. Producing the action drama is Khan's buddy and longtime partner Sajid Nadiadwala. sathyaraj and rashmika mandanna have also been given significant parts.
