Efforts are being made to nab the two criminals who shot Sukhchain Singh, who had recently returned from the US. The incident took place on Saturday, when the criminals shot the nri inside his house. According to the information, the attackers stopped Sukhchain Singh when he was leaving his house in Daburji village on the outskirts of the city for a morning walk on Saturday. The miscreants entered his house and fired three bullets at him before fleeing.

Hotel owner Digambar Atri and hotel manager Abhilash bhaskar provided accommodation to the attackers without asking for ID proof.'' According to the police, the attackers stayed at Atri's hotel before and after committing the crime. nri Sukhchain Singh was shot dead in front of his wife, mother and his two children from his first marriage. Footage from CCTV cameras installed inside the victim's house shows his wife, mother and children pleading with the attackers to let them go.
