US Vice President Kamala harris, a presidential contender for the Democratic Party, is said to have turned down a Fox news challenge to confront Donald Trump. Fox had extended an invitation to donald trump and Kamala harris to participate in a debate on september 4. trump disclosed on Truth Social that his opponent has declined to take part in the debate on september 4th, despite the parties having not released an official declaration.

The last time the two parties faced up on the platform was in June, and that encounter ended disastrously for the Democrats. Following the CNN debate, Joe Biden received pressure from both sides to withdraw from the presidential contest and to support Kamala harris, his vice president, in her place. It's probable that the Democrats would want to launch Harris' campaign on the right foot in order to prevent such a catastrophe from happening again.

Fox news is seen as a right-wing media outlet that has backed Republicans and donald trump in the past. This may be the likely cause of the Democrats' withdrawal from the september 4 debate. trump has declared that the event would proceed as planned. Now, on Fox, there will be a Tele-Town Hall hosted by Sean Hannity in place of a debate.
