CEO Anuradha Tiwari, who is located in Bengaluru, was recently caught up in a contentious debate following the publication of a photo on social media. She was drinking coconut water and stretching her triceps in the photo, which had the caption "Brahmin genes." Online indignation over this caption swiftly spread, prompting claims that it was encouraging casteism. On X, the post gained traction. Tiwari was criticized by some for supposedly praising her caste, while others backed her.

Tiwari responded to the criticism with a follow-up post defending her remarks. She was annoyed that the word "Brahmin" had elicited such a strong response, and she conveyed her dissatisfaction. Tiwari maintained that her group had every right to be proud of its accomplishments because it did not get government support or reservations. "The system gives nothing to UCs [Upper Castes]—no reservations, no freebies. We have every right to be proud of our ancestry because we have earned everything on our own. Thus, handle it," she wrote on X.

Social media trended the hashtag "BrahminGenes" as the dispute gained momentum swiftly. In his commentary, author chetan bhagat raised the possibility that the caste debate is being used strategically to split the Hindu electorate. In response to Bhagat's tweet, Tiwari questioned whether the real threat to Hindu unity is defending Brahmins. Tiwari has an amazing history and founded the article writing service JustBurstOut. She is a well-known businesswoman, TEDx speaker, and founder of the non-profit Empowering indian Women. She has collaborated with large corporations.
