Bengaluru Traffic: Not Even Luxury Cars Are Safe

Bengaluru's notorious traffic congestion is a well-known issue for its residents, often highlighted in various online videos that document the daily struggles of commuting in the city’s chaotic jams. A recent viral video captures this problem in a distinctive way, featuring a lineup of luxury supercars, including several porsche models in yellow, white, and red, all caught in traffic. Amidst these high-end vehicles, a red Swift emerges as an unexpected standout.

Shared on instagram, the video humorously illustrates that even the most elite cars aren’t spared from Bengaluru's infamous gridlock. The caption accompanying the video playfully notes, "When porsche decides to take over!" Since its posting, the video has garnered over 3 million views and sparked a flurry of comments from social media users, many of whom are amused by the sight of the lone Swift among the luxury cars.

Comments have ranged from playful to witty, with one user saying, “Swift decided to lead the way for them!” Another commented, “Everyone is talking about the Swift but not about the supercars.”

Other viewers pointed out humorous observations, such as, “That Swift is an imposter hiding in the name of mini Cooper,” and “Traffic be like ain’t sparing anyone.” Some also noted how the Swift blended in with the luxury cars, with comments like, “Swift blends quite well” and “Swift Supremacy.”

One instagram user added to the fun by saying, “Chandigarh Supercars laughing in the middle because they don’t hide in corners.”

This scenario echoes a similar incident from last year, when a convoy of ferrari luxury cars was caught in Bengaluru traffic. An instagram video showed nearly 10 Ferraris stuck in the city's congestion during peak hours. Despite their high-speed reputation, these luxury vehicles were at a standstill. The video attracted significant attention, including a comment from BharatPe co-founder and former Shark Tank india star Ashneer Grover, who remarked, “More line Bengaluru takes down Ferrari. I feel the pain of having so many horses and being stuck in traffic.”
