BREAKING..! supreme court grants bail to Kavitha..!?

 The supreme court granted bail to telangana BRS leader K Kavitha, who was arrested by the enforcement department in the delhi liquor policy scam case. telangana Legislative Council member and daughter of former telangana chief minister K. chandrasekhar Rao's daughter kavitha was arrested by the enforcement agencies. Subsequently, she was arrested by the cbi for the second time while in jail. The delhi High court dismissed her earlier bail plea last July. In its order, the delhi High court had mentioned that Kavita was one of the main accused in the case and there was no reason to grant bail when the investigation was at a critical stage.

While Kavita's side had mentioned in the petition to grant bail as a vulnerable woman, the delhi High court rejected that too. The delhi High court said Kavita was an educated woman and a former Member of parliament and said that she could not be considered a weak woman.
In this case, Kavita's side filed a bail petition in the supreme Court. This petition was heard by Judges P.R. Kawai and K.V. Viswanathan inquired.  The court questioned the cbi and the enforcement department as to what evidence there was of Kavita's involvement.
Senior advocate Mukul Rotahi appeared for Kavita. He also argued that granting bail to women is a natural step. Referring to the bail order granted to senior aam aadmi party leader manish Sisodia, Mukul Rotahi argued. Subsequently, Additional Solicitor General S.V. Raju appeared on behalf of the enforcement department. Kavita alleged that he had formatted her mobile phones and thereby destroyed the evidence. Kavita's side completely denied the allegation, calling it a false allegation. In this case, K. The supreme court granted bail to Kavita.
Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate had alleged that South Group had paid Rs 100 crore to aam aadmi party to favor them while framing Delhi's liquor policy, in which Kavita was linked to South Group. The supreme court has asked the Enforcement Directorate and the cbi to submit relevant evidence against the allegation. Senior aam aadmi party leaders sanjay singh and manish Sisodia were arrested and released on bail in the delhi liquor policy scam case. Kavita has now been granted bail after them. Likewise, the enforcement department accuses delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal of being the main culprit in the corruption and he has been arrested and jailed since march 15. It is also said that Kavitha's bail may pave the way for arvind kejriwal to be granted bail.
