With a net worth of 279 crore, stree 2 has become a spectacular success, with its first-week total ranking seventh in history. It is among the best, coming in just behind kgf 2 and ahead of Pathaan, Jawan, Animal, and Gadar 2. With its continued good performance, the film, which stars rajkummar rao and Shraddha Kapoor, is expected to break the 300-crore milestone by its second Friday. It has already exceeded kalki 2898 AD (Hindi)'s lifetime profits, which came from a 278 crore hindi release.
 
Weekday box office receipts for stree 2 have been strong as well. The impressive performance of stree 2 draws attention to a chance lost for Prabhas' kalki 2898 AD. The movie had a lot of support from the public, but in the end, the material did not live up to the hype.
 
Although kalki 2898 AD's creators and supporters may contend that the film did well in hindi, the truth is that it had far more potential.
