On Wednesday, the microblogging site X had a temporary worldwide outage that prevented thousands of users from using its services. The site's pages failed to load during the brief outage that lasted several minutes. The warning "something went wrong, try reloading" was displayed to users.
 

According to outage tracking website Downdetetector.com, 915 outages were reported in india at 9.15 am. In US, meanwhile, nearly 36,000 outages were reported at 11.15 pm ET (8.45 am IST).
As of 11.20 pm ET (8.50 am IST), the website, which records outages by compiling status updates from various sources, including users, also showed more than 3,300 complaints of outages in canada and 1,600 incidents in the UK. As of now, the outage's reason is unknown.
 

Late on Tuesday, Downdetector.com, an outage tracking website, reported problems on social networking platform X. At the height of the outage, over 36,500 reports from users were visible in the US according to Downdetector, a tool for tracking outages. Additionally, 1,600 complaints of outages in the UK and nearly 3,300 incidents in canada were displayed by Downdetector. As of now, the outage's reason is unknown. It was impossible for many users in india to refresh their feeds or load new content. Most problems appeared to be related to the app.
