According to official sources, PayPal plans to invest hundreds of crores to build a cutting-edge advanced center in chennai that would focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, creating over 1,000 high-end employment.

In front of the cm, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed by PayPal's Executive vice-president and Chief technology Officer, Srini Venkatesan, and Head of international Government Relations, David Fan, of PayPal's Guidance tamil Nadu.
 

The tamil community welcomed the cm, who arrived in the US earlier in the day for a two-week tour, with great affection. Along with members of the tamil diaspora, including former Union minister Napoleon, stalin was received by K srikar Reddy, the Consul General of india in San Francisco, and TRB Rajaa, the minister for Industries. "In the USA, the land of opportunities, seeking support for the prosperity of tamil Nadu," said stalin in his X post. He said that the greeting he received from the tamil community touched him.
 
The chief minister wants to create high-end employment in the US through investments. He is scheduled to attend an investing conference in San Francisco, which is anticipated to produce many high-value deals. Before the investment conclave, a meeting will be conducted to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with PayPal.
