Amaravati, the capital of Andhra Pradesh, may start to take shape on december 1. minister for Urban Development and Municipal Administration Narayana estimated that the building will cost about Rs. 60,000 crores. Speaking at a recent gathering in Vijayawada, Narayana stated that the government is now examining Amaravati's predicament, and that it would take up to three months to complete.
 

The capital city's building would start after a situation analysis. According to Narayana, Chandrababu Naidu, the chief minister, pushed for Amaravati's development to be finished in four years. According to Narayana, the 300-acre Shakamuru Central Park would house a 50-acre boating pond built by the government. Additionally, the government intends to create 500 acres of water lakes in Neerukonda. Every water zone would have a buffer zone established. Narayana said that 360 km of roads and utilities, together with infrastructural projects, will be built at a cost of Rs. 41,000 crores. He emphasized that Amaravati's Blue and Green Projects are being supported by the government.
 

In order to make things easier for real estate developers and other investors, Narayana underlined that the government is developing technologies that would allow a single-window system for providing all essential approvals. In order to establish better policies in the town planning department of Amaravati, he said, the authorities are now reviewing various policies that are being implemented in eleven other states.
