The whole Justice hema Committee report has been requested to be made public by the National Commission for women (NCW). The shocking report proved that there was rampant sexual assault in the malayalam cinema business. In an official statement, the leading women's organization stated that it has seen certain alarming results in the survey that highlight "serious issues" such as "workplace harassment, gender-based discrimination, and other forms of exploitation that adversely affect women in the malayalam film industry."
In response to these worries, the NCW stated that it has taken action to request the report's full distribution, as just a portion of it is now in the public domain. In order to guarantee that "the rights of women are upheld and that a safe, equitable working environment is fostered within the industry," the commission also said that it is dedicated to bringing up these issues with the relevant authorities.
